Misty is originally from Michigan State. She moved to the Brainerd area in 2007. She is a former associate at the Mallie Law Office, City Prosecutor’s Office. She has been prosecuting in the County of Crow Wing since 2007. While at the Mallie Law Office, Misty handled criminal cases from Petty Misdemeanors to Gross Misdemeanors.

Although Misty enjoyed prosecuting, her real niche is family law. If you’re looking for a “fireball”, Misty would be the right attorney for you. She handles every type of family case, such as dissolutions with children, modification of child custody/support, and restraining orders.
